Terms of Payment
You don't have to provide advanced payments for most of our travel services!
For instance, payments for accommodations in the selected tourist-class hotels, land transfers, sightseeing tours, and some of our pleasure vacations and tour packages could be made in cash in Thai Baht (฿) or US dollars ($) after your arrival in Thailand, when we greet you at the Airport. However, some other travel, tourism and hospitality services are required prepayments or advanced deposits. Those are:
In order to validate the availability of the ground travel services (vacations, tours, transfers, hotel accommodations, etc.) for the duration of your stay in Thailand, we recommend to submit our Validation Form. Alternatively, you are always welcome to contact us via email. We evaluate your requests and notify you on availability of services, payment possibilities and the cost, the total amount and specified sum of advanced payment.

- To be able to use our Reservation Form, you must have your Airline ticket(s) with the date of your flight to Thailand confirmed.

Western Union is another proven way of international money transfers à±¼ fast and reliable.
After completing the transfer of your payment, please email us the transfer details. You will get our confirmation via email as soon as the transfer acceptance have been confirmed by our bank. The transfer via banks normally takes 72 hours (three working days).
Please print that Confirmation Email and bring it along to Thailand in order to hand it to Thailand for YOU representative (guide) that will be greeting you at the Airport upon arrival.
