Special Announcement for Russian Tourists
Russian citizens arriving in Thailand for tourism purposes for up to 30 days do not need a visa. Your passport must be valid for at least six months with some empty pages. You must fill out a migration card in English, the officer will stamp it during passport control, and you can stay in Thailand for up to 30 days unless you extend it at Thai Immigration. However, there is one condition: you must have a return ticket from Thailand to Russia or a third country.No entry fees are charged, and no medical insurance is required to enter Thailand. As of October 2023, the Thai government allows Russians to stay up to 90 days without visas. |
